The values you will need for the Semi-Annual 82 Form is as follows:

1.  Choose "No Score" for the building level score, because you do not have a building level score at this time. 

2.  On the Teacher Specific Rating, click on the calculator icon, which brings up another dialog box, choose "Not Available", assuming you do not have any of the four Teacher Specific Rating data elements.

3.  On the Elective Rating, choose the checkmark box for "Not Available", which assumes that SLOs have not been completed or they do not have SLOs.
