The short video below describes how to do a screen capture on the ActivPanel.  It does not matter how you are connected to the ActivPanel, you can use the screen capture feature at any time.  The screen capture feature can help you "freeze" an image on the ActivPanel.   When an image is frozen you can use the annotation tools from the Promethean whiteboard app.  In addition, for those that connect to the ActivPanel with their computer and want to disconnect, but leave an image on the screen, you can use Screen Capture and disconnect your computer.  The screen-captured image will remain on the screen.
