Below are some Chromebook Navigation tips to get you started with using your Chromebook:
The Launcher - where all of your Applications are located. Access it from the bottom left corner of your screen.

The Shelf - the row of apps at the bottom of your screen. You can add apps that you access frequently to the Shelf.
Pin an app to the Shelf - right click, or long tap on the icon with your finger to get this sub-menu. Then choose "Pin to shelf."
Taking a quick note in Google Keep
Click the Pen icon at the bottom right of your screen by the clock to create notes in Google Keep Google Keep is part of the Google Suite of Applications and is an Application on your Chromebook. You can use your finger or the EMR pen to write a quick note.
Settings - accessed via the Launcher. This is where you can personalize your Chromebook and add Bluetooth Devices.
Additional Settings - additional settings can be accessed by clicking on the clock at the bottom right of the screen. This is where you can Sign out, Lock your screen, view your Wi-Fi signal strength, see your Connected Bluetooth devices, Notifications, Volume, and Battery Life.
The Files App - accessed via the Launcher. This is where your files are stored. You can access your local files (My files) as well as your Google Drive files. You can also drag and drop files from your local files into your Google Drive/
