Clearing Cache for the Canvas Student app on iOS removes all temporary files that have been stored locally. This is a useful troubleshooting step that removes old files that could cause the application to load pages slowly or cause page load errors.
1. Tap the Settings icon
2. Scroll down the left side of the screen and tap on the settings for the Canvas Student app.
3. Tap the setting to enable Reset cache on next launch. The slider shouldm turn green when this setting has been turned on.
4. Click the home button to return to the home screen. Launch the Canvas student app and login.
