STEP 1: Open your current Google Meet in Google Calendar

STEP 2: Select Edit Event 

 

 

 

STEP 6: Download your student emails from Focus - https://support.uscsd.k12.pa.us/kb/article/354-finding-parent-email-addresses/

STEP 7: Save your changes and select “this and all following events” when prompted

 

STEP 8: Select “Don’t send” to invitees when prompted

 

STEP 9: Select “Invite external addresses” when prompted
