This article explains how to share a Google Doc with your teacher.  Note that the process is the same for Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.

When you are finished typing in your Google Doc, click the Share button on the top right of the menu bar.

Type your teacher’s email address.  Remember that teachers’ email addresses end in @uscsd.k12.pa.us

Keep the box checked to “Notify people.”

Type in a short Message to your teacher.

Then click “Send.”

You will see a warning about sharing externally.  This is because you are sharing from an @uscstudents.org email address to an @uscsd.k12.pa.us email address.

Click “Share anyway”

Your teacher will receive an email notification that you have shared a document with them.
