Because Kami is browser-based, it will look and act the same on your computer browsers as it does on your ActivPanel.  You can explore Kami features on your computer and then use them on your ActivPanel.

 

Sign into your ActivPanel.

 

Launch Chrome

 

Navigate to kamiapp.com

 

Log into Kami using Google, just like you would from any other browser

 

Once you log into Kami, you will see a prompt asking to "Add Kami to Home screen"

 

 

Tap the prompt, then you will be asked to install the Kami app.  Tap "Install"

 

 

Once the Kami App is installed, you will see it in the Locker on your ActivPanel

 

 

 

Once on the Kami dashboard, you can open a blank document, a Kami template, or any document you want from Google Drive and begin to annotate.

 

Like the browser version, the Kami Toolbar is on the left side

 

 

You can select the drawing tool to begin annotating a document.  There are options to change the line thickness and color of your annotations.

 

 

You can add shapes or other elements to your document also.

 

 

The Kami document will automatically save in Google Drive so you can access it later, share it, or add it to Canvas.
