School ERP Pro offers two ways to access the system. This article talks about accessing the School ERP Pro core product. The core product is generally only used by specific departments, such as Finance and Human Resources. All other users should use the web version of School ERP Pro, which can be found on Staff Links.

 

1. Navigate to the link published for Tyler School ERP Pro - Core on Staff Links.

2. Login using your assigned username and password for the core product. Note this username and password are unique to this version of School ERP Pro as it does not utilize the District's single sign-on accounts.

The username must be entered in the following format: [email protected]. You must include @tylerhost.net, or you will not receive the MFA code sent to your email.

3. The first time you log in with MFA enabled, you must click on the Envelope icon as shown below. Subsequent login attempts will automatically generate an email and will not require the envelope to be clicked on.

4. An email should arrive from [email protected] to your work email. This email will contain the OTP code required to log in.

5. Enter the OTP code and click OK.
