The Upper St. Clair School District, including the Technology Department, will be closed for Winter Break starting on December 23, 2024, at 12 PM.

Responses to support tickets will be delayed until the District reopens on January 5, 2026.

New issues submitted during Winter Break will be addressed as soon as possible upon our return to work.

Have a safe and Happy Holiday season and a Happy New Year!

If you receive a message in your voice mailbox that you want to transfer to someone else, follow the guidance below.  Note that the steps below allow you to send a voicemail message you've received directly to another person's voice mailbox.

  1. Press the voicemail button (an icon signifying an envelope) on your desk phone
  2. When you hear the voicemail attendant, press 1 to listen to your messages
  3. Once you arrive at the voicemail message to forward, press 5 to forward that message to another extension
  4. Enter the extension you would like the message sent to, followed by the # key
  5. Press 1 to complete the message forwarding

As an alternative, you can simply forward the email that is generated when someone leaves you a voicemail message.  Each email includes the speech-to-text translation of the voicemail message, as well as an attached voice file.
