If you want to set or change a PIN on your Chromebox, you can follow the steps below.

 

Select the round “Launcher” icon from the lower left corner of the screen, then select “Settings”

 

 

In Settings, select “Privacy and Security” from the left side, then select “Lock Screen and sign-in”

 

 

You will get prompted to “Confirm your password”.  Please enter your SSO password then select “Confirm”

 

 

Select “PIN and Passcode” then “Set up PIN”

 

 

Create a six-digit PIN and enter it, then select “Continue”

 

 

You will then be asked to verify the PIN.  Enter it again and select “Confirm”

 

You have successfully added a PIN and can close settings.
