In the event of inclement weather, all graduating seniors have been issued four (4) unique barcoded tickets for admission to the High School's Large Gym.

 

Graduating students must download and share these tickets with their families before the day of the graduation ceremony. Directions on how to complete this can be found below.

 

If the ceremony must be moved indoors, the Eventbrite confirmation email will NOT be accepted as a method for admission to the large gym. All family members must present a barcoded ticket that can be scanned for admission. The only way to retrieve the barcoded tickets for an indoor graduation ceremony is by using the Eventbrite app or logging into eventbrite.com and downloading a PDF copy of the admission tickets. 

 

Accessing Your Tickets

Each graduating senior will receive an order confirmation from Eventbrite. A sample of the order confirmation can be found in the screenshot below. The email sent will be from [email protected].

 

 

From the order confirmation email, click the orange Go to My Tickets button to access your tickets. If you have the Eventbrite app installed, you will automatically be directed to the mobile app. If you do not have the app installed, you will be directed to eventbrite.com.

 

Mobile App

If you have previously set up the app on your phone, you should be taken directly to your tickets.

 

If you just downloaded the Eventbrite app or are not logged in, you must log in first to view your tickets. If you know your username and password for Eventbrite, enter it at the login screen. If you do not know your username or password, choose "I bought tickets, but I don't have an account." at the bottom of the sign-in screen and follow the on-screen directions.

 

Once you can view your tickets, the easiest way to share the tickets is by clicking the Save ticket as image button. Save each of the four tickets to your phone's camera roll. You may then send the ticket images to your family for them to use if the graduation ceremony must be moved indoors.

 

 

Eventbrite Website

If you do not wish to download and install the Eventbrite app or use a computer to access your tickets, you will be directed to Eventbrite.com.

 

If you know your username and password for Eventbrite, enter it at the login screen. If you do not know your username or password, choose the "Send a one-time password" button at the bottom of the sign-in screen. Enter your uscstudents.org email address on the following screen and follow the directions to receive a one-time login code.

 

 

Once you can view your tickets, press the Download tickets button to download a PDF. You can then share this PDF with your family to use if the graduation ceremony must be moved indoors.
