If you are a High school Student and need support with anything technology-related, you have three options:

SMART Desk

You can visit the SMART Desk - a student-run help desk - in the library during school hours. SMART Desk students are trained for most common problems and are the quickest method for getting your problem solved.

Email us

You can email [email protected] with your issue. This will submit your email into our ticket manager, where one of the members of the tech department can respond. This method is slower than talking to the SMART Desk, but it gives you access to adults who have more knowledge and experience.

When emailing, all information is useful information! Please try to tell us everything you know about your issue so that we can quickly diagnose it and respond with a solution.

Search through the knowledge base

Congrats! If you are reading this article, then you are already in the knowledge base. It contains information and articles on the different technologies employed by the school district. The New Student Orientation section is specifically designed for new students, but you may find useful information in the rest of the knowledge base as well.
