1. Plug in your Chromebook on the left side to a charger.
2. Press the power button on the right side of the Chromebook.
3. If you are home, you will need to connect to your WiFi network. If you are at the school, it will automatically connect to PantherNet.
4. Sign in with your district-provided email address and password. Note that it requires the full email suffix (@uscstudents.org), or it will fail.
5. You're all set to begin using your Chromebook! Please note that it may take a few minutes for the Chromebook to download apps, wallpapers, and other settings.
6. As an optional last step, it is recommended to update your Chromebook to the latest version of the operating system. These updates come with important bug fixes and shiny-new features! To do so, please follow the instructions here.
