Getting Started with your Single Sign-on (SSO) Account

A SSO account has been created for you to use for accessing technology at Upper St. Clair School District.  The following guidance helps you get your SSO account ready to use.

 

Use your phone, open a web browser and go to aka.ms/login.

 

 

Enter your SSO account username, which is also your email address.

 

 

Enter your SSO account temporary password.

 

 

Tap the Next button.

 

 

Tap the Download now link, which takes you to your phone's app store, where you will download the Microsoft Authenticator app.  Once downloaded, come back to this screen and tap the Next button.

 

 

Tap the Pair your account to the app by clicking this link selection.

 

 

You will be automatically taken to the Microsoft Authenticator, where you should see that your SSO account has been added.

 

 

Go back to your web browser and tap the Next button.

 

 

A number is shown and needs to be entered into your Microsoft Authenticator app.  You may find a notification pops onto your screen, allowing you to easily go to the Microsoft Authenticator app.

 

 

Enter this number into the Microsoft Authenticator app, then tap Yes.

 

 

Go to your web browser and tap Next.

 

 

Tap the Done button.

 

 

To complete your SSO account setup, enter your SSO account temporary password, followed by entering a password of your choosing.
