1. Log into Time & Attendance
2. Select Employee Actions from the Top Left Menu
3. Click on Timesheet entry
4. Click the + symbol to the left of Actions (You can create multiple entries if needed)
5. Enter the Data into the Timesheet (Click on image to increase the size)
a. Enter the Date, Start Time and End Time
b. Select Pay Type, which will be REG (Regular Pay)
c. Select Department, which in this example is 3022 (Fort Couch)
d. Select Position, which will be 5900 (Class Coverage)
e. Enter a Comment (if needed)
**Click Save when you completed the data entry**
