Clearance Tracker uses status icons as a visual cue to indicate the status of a Volunteer. When browsing the list or details of a volunteer, you may see these icons. This article defines what each icon is used for.

One (or more) of the Volunteer's clearances will expire in the next 90 days.

One (or more) of the Volunteer's clearances will expire in the next 60 days.

One (or more) of the Volunteer's clearances will expire in the next 30 days.

One (or more) of the Volunteer's clearances has expired. The volunteer is no longer permitted to volunteer until their clearances are renewed.
