This article provides an overview of how to search the Clearance Tracker database.

NOTE: All data shown in the following screenshots consist of randomized test data. For privacy, no actual clearance data is displayed in this documentation.

To perform searches in Clearance Tracker, first, open the navigation menu in the top right. Then choose the Search button.

Depending on the view you are currently using, your search window will look different. If you need to search the database, it is recommended to search from the Detail View, however, searching can also be done in List View.

After entering your search queries, press ENTER or RETURN on your keyboard to perform the search. The found set of records, will then be displayed on your screen.

To return to the full list of volunteer records, open the navigation menu and choose View Approved.
