Step 1: Charge the Chromebook to at least 50%

Step 4: Press Enter on the keyboard

Step 5: Wait 5 Minutes

Step 6: Give your support agent the Battery Health percentage and the Battery Discharged percentage. A battery that has a Battery Health >80% is considered healthy.
