1. Launch Chrome
2. Select the three dots in the upper right corner of Chrome
3. Select "History" then on the extended menu select "History" again. You can also hold down the <ctrl> and H keys to select History
4. Select "Clear browsing data"
5. On the "Clear browsing data" screen, verify that "Basic" is selected and that there are three checkmarks in the "Browsing history," "Cookies and other site data," and "Cached images and files"
6. Select the "Time range" dropdown menu and select "All time" then select the "Clear data" button
7. Select the "Settings" tab to exit
