The Upper St. Clair School District, including the Technology Department, will be closed for Winter Break starting on December 23, 2024, at 12 PM.

Responses to support tickets will be delayed until the District reopens on January 5, 2026.

New issues submitted during Winter Break will be addressed as soon as possible upon our return to work.

Setting up voicemail from the web

Most users in Avaya Cloud Office will be assigned a voice mailbox. Follow the directions below to set up your voicemail for the first time from the web.

 

  1. Go to Staff Links and choose Avaya Cloud Office.
  2. Press the Single Sign-on button on the sign-in screen and enter your email address.
  3. Enter your SSO credentials, if required.
  4. At first login, you will be prompted to choose a new voicemail PIN and security question.

 

CREATE YOUR VOICEMAIL GREETING

  1. Go to Settings > Voicemail
  2. Under Work Hours, click Edit below Voicemail Greeting.
  3. Select Custom under Set Greeting. Choose your preferred method to customize the greeting:
    • Phone - Choose or enter a number where the system will call you. Follow the prompts to record the greeting
    • Computer Microphone - Connect a computer microphone and record the greeting directly
    • Importing - Upload an mp3 or wav audio file
  4. You can do the following actions once you have customized the greeting:
    • Click Play to listen to the custom recording
    • Click Record to change or replace the custom recording
  5. Click Done.
  6. Click Save.
